I had a beard for 19 years until it started turning grey. I am 57 years young but now clean shaven I tell the women I’m 45.. I eved got carded the other day. The bartender had to card everyone under 37 and said I looked 35.
As far as weight loss, I used to have a gut that I couldn’t get rid of. My secret is “just don’t eat” one meal a day just subside. It gets easier as time goes by. Juicing is good too, Juiceman from informertial.
I liked your video. I am 73 years old. I have been a builder developer in Sacramento since 1967. I 1987 I lost everything ($5M). In 1989 I started building custom homes on spec in infield areas. When the Desert Storm war started everything stopped, and filed Chapter 7. I got my Real Estate License and did loans and sold homes. The market was not great. In 1999 I received a call from a friend with the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services here in Sacramento, California. I started with them and did my Real Estate part time. I worked for ten years for the State and my job was terminated last July. I have gone back full time to Real Estate. I have been dong BPOs and specializing in Short Sales. I believe as you do that I can make a difference in helping a homeowner in a time of need with a Short Sale. It is a win win between the homeowner and the bank. I have been married to a fine Portuguese woman for 52 years, have seven grand children. She has been a rock and never giving in. I as you am over weight and on a diet. Started at 228, down to 222 in 30 days, goal is 195. Not easy. Your health is so important, if you do not have good health you fade away in the shadows. You have inspired me again on my third or fourth career, can’t remember. I did purchase the BPO for $77 and reading everything. Sorry for the long comment. I am sending this video to my son. P.S. In 2004 I was sent to Orlando, FL by the State of Calif. to help with the four hurricanes for the State of FL. I was there for four months. I came back to Calif. to help my son in hospice. He died of AIDS and it a terrible death to watch. He passed on 12/29/04, so these Holidays we remember him so much, he was 39. I have two surviving children, son age 50(five children two boys and three girls) and daughter age 47 (two boys).
Thanks for the reminder Anthony! It’s inspiring to listen to you. For my self, it’s been a very difficult year. To much to go into detail about here, but I, like many, want to personally meet you and speak with you. If your ever in Southern California let me know! I purchased the REO kit, followed the steps, and I am still working the plan and things are starting to happen. I sincerely thank you.
